I recently watched this film and seriously regretted it. Its awful. I cant believe that people spent money making such crap, its is not very funny at all. Its not even so bad its good. The funniest part in the whole film is at the beginning where there is a lot of writing to read, and the last bit of text says " If you cant read this you need glasses" and thats hardly original.

It was a fun stupid comedy - Not my fav but I have fond memories of watching it with my friends back in the 80s - besides how can u not find Dark Helmet funny :)

This is equivilant to the "Scary Movie" or "Date Movie" flicks of today. It's funny for the time if you understand what they are joking about.

Kinda like the movie Zoolander... lots of funny jokes are hidden in that one if you knoew more about the things they are making reference to. Like the "walk off" in the 'old members only warehouse' ;) CLASSIC!

yea it was a stupid movie, but had few funny moments when the guy was beamed from one room to the other with his head backward.

OMG that movie is one of my favorites back in the days.

I think it was funny at the time if you were in elementary school.....
