Sponsored Bike Ride for Leukaemia Research Fund

As life slowly returns to normal after last weeks outrages in London, my thoughts turned to the fact that so many members of the public and emergency services gave their time and efforts selflessly to assist all those affected by the bombings, which in turn made me think I could do more myself to help others I dont know without asking why, since who knows when we might also need the help of strangers?

I love sports, especially riding my bike, and sign up for sponsored rides regularly, but havent made too much of an effort in the past to fund raise, but have now decided to try and change that, and am here now to ask those of you who do know me and those of you who dont to give a little towards this cause. Inshallah in the future I hope to do similar such rides for Cancer Research, the BHF, etc. and any other organisation that arranges for such events.

If you would like to sponsor me, just click the following link and it should be straight forward from there on.
www.justgiving.com

Thanks in advance if you decide to sponsor me, any and all contributions are gratefully received and will help Leukaemia Research meet their ongoing goals. Please also feel free to pass onto anyone else you may feel would also like to contribute.

Thanks for your good wishes, I did the London to Brighton as well, and after that blistering hot day (the tarmac on the road was melting in a few places!) I still have the tan lines to prove it!!

Wow, that's great, all the best with it, I went to cheer my friends on a few weeks ago for the London to Brighton bike ride, that one was for the British Heart Foundation...
