Spooky (True) Ghost Stories
Please share any true ghost stories you may have heard or any ghosts that you yourself may have encountered in your life!
The stories from Pakistan are always the scariest. My dadi-jaan (dad's mom), God rest her soul, used to tell me bedtime stories when we would go to Pakistan on vacations and they were not only true but very spooky as well!
One time in the evening when my dadi-jaan's uncle was walking in their ancestral village, cutting through dense trees, he heard a goat make ba-ba noises and seemed to be following him. He tried to turn the goat away but it kept following a few yards distance right behind him. Eventually, he decided to pick it up and take it to his home. By the time he came close to his home, he noticed that the goat's legs has grown TOO long!!! He dropped the goat, read kalma, and ran home-ward not daring to look back. He was sick for a week after that but never forgot the incident.

Have you or anyone tried the Ouija Board and is it for real or just some hoopla over nothing?
One night, my grandparents' relative (my grandparents are cousins) was walking through a path dense with tall trees one evening when he heard loud dhol & been music playing as if a wedding procession was coming by. A tall dressed-up man with a huge mustache wearing a pagri, shalwar kameez, and vest came up to this relative and asked directions to that abandoned hut. It turns out that this was a ghostly baraat...jinn celebrating a shaadi. Ayiyayai! ); P:
"Mines happened when I was about 10 years old.. I shared rooms with my older sister and I had the top bunk bed she had the bottom.. So our closet door was open so one night I woke up and I see a old lady with a white scarf on her head doing tasbeh(dhikr beads).. The weird thing was I didn't get scared at all. I am not the only person who saw this lady My older sister has seen her as well in my closet and so has my brother. :(

Busho: We're awaiting your stories so hurry up, chicky!
Aragorn: I adore anything and everything associated with horror and the macabre. If you can share any other stories, it would be much appreciated.
The Muslim went home and actually went through with it. It worked and he found himself in the pitch black dark with a harrowing voice very close to him. I can't give the details of what he did since a Shaykh advised that this method should never be repeated to anyone. At first the voice giggled like a mischievous child. That's when he knew it was there with him. Then the first thing it said was, "Smoke marijuana!" repeatedly in a low growl and then started quietly giggling again. Then the Muslim taunted it and said, "I believe in All?h and there is no strength or power besides Him and you can do me no harm". Then it taunted the Muslim saying, "You don't even have wud?'" (and he didn't). At this point the Muslim became terrified because 1) he was in a place of naj?sa (ritual impurity) where athk?r of All?h is forbidden and 2) he didn't have wud?'. Then it started repeating "I'm gonna beat her up! I'm gonna beat her up! I'm gonna beat her up!" very angrily. The Muslim was engaged to be married and realized that this thing was talking about his fiancee. So, in spite of not having wud?' and being in a place of impurity, he trusted in All?h to forgive the details and he started yelling, "A`?th? bill?h? min ash-shayT?ni-raj?m!" The first time the thing said, "Okay. I've got to go now". The second time it said the same thing but more nervous and shaky like it was scared. The third time it yelled it like "Okay! Okay!" Then it was gone.
The following day happened to be the Muslim guy's birthday and he was at his fiancee's house celebrating it with her and her parents. There was a cake and she was foolishly playing with the matches, lighting them and then blowing them out. He told her to stop that as it wasn't safe. Finally, as she ran the match along the abrasive siding of the matchbox, it lit, but as it lit the matchstick broke with the lit part falling on her sweater. It immediately caught fire. He jumped over the table and the only way he could put out the flame was to violently smack the flames out.
"I'm gonna beat her up..."
Moral of the story? "Don't mess with things you don't understand".
