Stacker vs. NO2

First, is it even possible to stop taking supplements after let's say a year of using them and NOT have whatever muscles or weight loss that you've acheived just GO AWAY so easily and quickly? if so, then i'd love to know what they are! if not, well, on to my question...

which would you recommend: Stacker or NO2? i've used stacker once before and it helped a lot! i lost a lot of weight. but as soon as i stopped taking them, the weight and muscle mass went right back to where they were initially from where i had started off at.

i heard NO2 isn't like that. that it actually maintains itself in your system longer? even after you've stopped taking them? any input would be appreciated!

thanks!

Before you go out and buy the supplements, did you stick to your diet and exercise routine after you stopped using supplements?

Weight loss can be attained without the use of supplements. You have to remeber that supplements can be dangerous for you.

Here is some personal advice: I used ripped fuel from twinlabs (the one that had ephedra) as a 14 year old from 1994 to 1998. In 1997, reports began emerging of sudden cardiac death and ephedra use. I was so psyched about my results I didn't stop using it until 1999. After becoming a medical student and getting wiser I learned that ephedra use did leave me with left ventricular hypertrophy and hypertension. This means that my heart musle permanently enlarged and I had blood pressure, respectively.

When I tried using ephedra again in 2003 my body just couldn't adjust to it. It was so stimulative that I would have tremors in my hands.

The moral of the story is: stay away from supplements. They can have a life long effect on your health.

NO2 is def moreso for muscle gains, perhaps overall you will lose fat with the increase of metabolism from the muscle increase and your workouts are much more intense so that might also increase the calories you burn.

But its goal isn't weightloss as Theoukast mentioned.

Totally 2 different things man. Stacker is a fat burner and NO2 gives your muscles a constant pump throughout the day, used for size and muscle mass. It's sort of like creatine. The 2 should not be used simultaneaously I believe. I know you cant use NO2 with ephedra so I'm assuming the same can be said about stacker since it used to be an ephedra triggered product.
