Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith
I'll be watching this tonight so I'll put up my notes on what I thought of it after. Anyone else who's seen it feel free to comment.
Yea I'll agree with that. I also liked the part where the mask was being lowerd onto his face....I kinda did feel that they should have had a "recovery" phase before he got all booted up as Vader but its cool.
Z-x2, I guess the "not getting laid" part would probably be the reason to why he's so pissed with the rest of the universe. LOL!...... However, I think his first breath as the mask was put on was probably the coolest scene from the movie.
Also, how do you think he'd go to the bathroom through that suit, I guess getting laid is out of the question so its a good think his wife kicked the bucket...
Did anyone else think that Aniken needed to be like bandaged up in guaze and stuff before he got suited into the Vader ensamble or am I thinking too much about this. Also it was kinda funny when his voice changed to Jame Earl Jones! it was like Oh yea Now I am a Black Man!
Its so sad what became of Mark Hamel... Danny Banaduche made out better than him, he should have joined the dark side, at least did porno or something....
The last two movies were not written by Lucus...that actually makes lots of sence, since that man is pretty creative but can't write all that well. Alas this movie suffered from perpetual whinning, streotypical view of female nagging and other unbelieve able dialouge senarios, but all in all I think it was a lot better than the other two and the story really helped hold a lot of it together.
"However, his (Mark Hamill aka Luke Skywalker) comments towards the end about Episodes 7, 8, and 9 really got everyone's attention. Mark told those in attendance what Lucas told him the third trilogy would be about. Hamill also went into detail about Lucas' original plans for those films, when they would be made, and more."
This is gonna sound corny, but after watching da movie, I felt like I was getting lured 2 da dark side. While I was driving for just 5 minutes on Hwy 59, I had a sudden urge 2 just break da speed limit and zig zag through cars. My speed was high as 95 MPH. Than I just tried 2 calm myself by listening 2 Angels and Demons.
Well, I actually enjoyed watching da movie. I think Im gonna watch it in da IMAX. I thought Lucas painted da transformation of Anakin 2 Darth Vader extremely well. However, I do agree with Huzu, that Lucas should have hired a screen writer. I think this episode was better than the 1 & 2 episode. The first episode, I just forward da whole time. I adore da original Star Wars trilogy. Even though those movies lacked half of the special effects, but da story just made me glued 2 da sofa. When I heared, Darth Vader finally breath through his mask, that just gave me the chills. I was watching E! Behind the scenes, and found out that Lucas use 2 be a apprentice 2 the legendary Francis Coppola, da director of da God Father Saga!! I wonder if Lucas will continue with da sequels 2 Return of da Jedi.
George Lucas Directed and did the screenplay for I, II, III and IV. Whereas, he only provided the story in episodes V and VI. He hired a director and screenwrite for the last two episodes of the original trilogy. I think he would have done better had he done something similar for this trilogy aswell instead of doing everything himself.
On a scale of 1 to 10 - about 7.5...this movie lacked any emotional dialogue and "believable" expressions considering Anakin was joining the dark side. The movie was a nice "final" chapter or the missing chapter to link the saga together. Btw, what a opening 4 days of $158 million.
THE ACTING...oh god, THE ACTING!! I'm not sure if I can blame it all on the actors though, I would have to say that the script itself was worded all wrong. GET REAL, Lucus couldn?t write romantic dialog if his life depended on it! What I did like about the movie was how they showed the transformation into Darth Vader. Yes, it was cheesy, but I think it had to be. I confess...that part sent chills down my spine. I had to go home and watch Return of the Jedi just to comfort myself :)
