Still in shock....
I received and email today. It looks like just another email but when I explore and research, the content not only shocked me but left me with great surprise. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN IS THIS TRUE

Yes there were riots in 1987 during the Hajj that year, and it was just political demonstrations and NOT and attempt or conspiracy by all Shea of the world to take over the Kabba. so you want to damn all Shea just for that? during the early years of Islam there was an all out attack on Mecca in which the Kabba was hit with cater-bolts. Also, in 1980, the Kabba was attacked by a group of Sunni insurgents who took over the place for over 2 months and caused the death of hundreds of people.
Yes there are some Shea scholars who might curse the people who view as opposite to their views, but also I heard some Sunni scholar cursing the Shea imams, so how class and nice of both sides? Why think of these anomalies as the rule? Instead I like to think that the majority of Sunni and Shea are respectful of each other?s believes.
And you just found out that temporary marriage is ok for Shea? Just how long you been away from the news? So it is ok for them and not ok for us ? so what?s the big deal?

Also, just a few minutes ago I was viewing the riots going on in Lahore and Karachi protesting the prophets cartoons. How stupid are these people? Why burn down your own citys businesses and kill your own people? Are they retarded or what? Dont they know that when they wake up the next morning, its these same shops that they would have to go to to buy their daily dose of Dawn (R) Bread?
I mean for real .. these are seriously retarded mullahs. And arent these the same people who practice honor killings and honor rapes? Pakistan needs to control these people fast before it sinks further into the list of of "most corrupt and poor countries" and falls further behind India and China. All this in a country which already has a tough time attracting foreign investment..
Let me preface by saying I'm too lazy to click the links. However, whether there was an attack or not (I believe Mehnaz cleared that up), one can't make a sweeping statement about Shias or anyone, from the acts of a few.

the jalsa could be a legitimate shia gathering in an iranian town with bits of staged explosive etc. footage stuck on to it
