Summer 2006


Hello Folks,

Well i am going to Pakistan this summer and would like to get involved in an organization that works with literacy. Most of the organizations i have come across are for people in the health care field and thats really not me.

So if anyone knows of a school or organization in Pakistan that is open to volunteers that would be great,

well, someone beat me to it. The only one I knew was dil.org - actually donated money to them - SSSHHH!

you should checkout dil.org and yourdil.org (based in NY) ...they run small schools for little girls in rural parts of pak. maybe you can contact them and arrange with them to work at one of their locations - good luck!
