the crest overnight ones work the best but i watched 20/20 and they were talking about how in longrun the use of such products makes your teeth really sensitive

I used it too...I love it. It really makes your teeth whiter and brightens them as well. It makes a difference, and others notice too! Def try it, just dont place it too close to your gums b/c they get sensitive the first few days. G'luck :)
