I LOVE it all from C to E hehehee Debke (by the way it wouldn't hurt you guys to join my lonely Debke village hahaha)
LOVE the food... love how we're raised to care about the elderly.
LOVE how we're raised to love to be good hosts and (3ala elkaram) Hatem is our great Grandpa.
LOVE how we speak the language of the Quran... (well here I am being lazy... it's hard to learn another language hehee)
I agree, that thing about the dislikes doesn't sound too good, lol. If that is the case I think it's cuz most people settle. Sad to think people settle on something of this magnitude but I guess it's different for different people.
damn i hope you are wrong about the "marrying a woman with a long list of your dislikes" thing...
that would suck. They are called dislikes for a reason.
It's cause people cave into their elders all the time, they are weak! hahahah! i, learned to say no early on, and can become zen-like-immovable-as-a-mountain when it comes to familial pressure.
Plato thats sooooooo true...my god..never thought about that...arab elders eh!...lol... anywayz... the toe thing i heard recently..so i don't know... but like i said its amusing for me...i don't believe n them..but its cute...
amorrrie! ummm.. ok!!
u know whats funny about arabs, they always have a LONG list of things they dislike in a woman and when its time to marry guess who they marry>> EVERYTHING on their dislike list...lol... good luck..
Hey that toe thing is actually only partially a myth, lol. There has been some recent research to suggest that the length of your third finger is an indicator of aggressive behavior. Hate to burst ur bubble but for once one of those myths actually might have had some basis, lol.

Amti Maha - ya amti, you are diabetic, you aren't supposed to have sugar
Citi- the doctor doesn't know what he is talking about. give me the sugar i'll put it myself
Me- citi, you really aren't supposed to have sugar.
Citi- i'm only gonna put in a spoonful, don't worry, the doctor worries too much.
My Dad (a doctor) - yama, why don't you listen to the doctor? why do you go if you aren't gonna listen?
Citi- how else will i get my medicines? hey, give me some baklawa
Me- there's sugar on them
Citi- no, it's honey, honey is ok. the doctor didn't say anything about honey
Dad- Honey is sugar
Citi- you aren't my doctor.
