THE BIG QUESTION
OK. So as part of the agreement, I must come up with a new journal for our village so here goes.
I recently took the advice given by WWE wrestler/body builder HHH from his book Making the Game. He advised that adequate rest is key to great success. So I changed my regimen from 6 days a week to 4 days. My workout regimen consists of weight training 4 days a week (M,T,Th, & F) complimented with 6 days of a 320 grams of protein, 150 grams of carbs, totaling in the ballpark of about 2100 calories per day. Monday & Thursday I workout chest, shoulders, & tri's, doing 2 exercises with 4 sets a piece and finishing off the days with 4 sets of bent over dumbell raises (delts). Tuesday & Friday I do 2 exercises consisting of 4 sets a piece for back, bi's, and 4 exercises consisting of 4 sets for legs. That being said, the big question that has really been on my mind since starting this regimen is are you going to isna 2005? HA! Gotcha. What's up? Who's in?
