the cassettes played iota a while ago and the owner (who sees many bands and doesn't like many, according to him) liked us so much, that he wanted to make iota our n.VA home. so we are headlining a show on friday jan. 27th. our friends cataract camp and kitty hawk are opening.

in other news, we have finally decided on a record label... can't disclose who just yet. but it is run by the guitarist in nine inch nails, he's a good pal. we chose it over the other labels, since they have great press and connections in the U.K. and europe, and we should be doing tours there in no time. can't wait to be back there, its been too long... jeez. we are on italian, german, and swedish labels, but they are small and have no stateside coverage. so here we are on lovitt lovitt.com) and work with lujo lujorecords.com). but this new label will be awesome, i can't wait.... PARTY!!!!!

so i hope to see some of you guys at the show. tell the parents you are going to see some "islamic blues" i kid you not, we are starting that genre. and don't forget to come and say hi. we look busy, but we love to meet fun new people.
