awesome... i totally didn't have internet until after the show.... well i had it briefly b4 but no time to check naseeb. waaaaa. well it was at 10 and i don't know how much but there was a cover.

we should be back in nyc at some point. we end up playing once every month and a half, at least. sometimes a few times a month.

the show was awesome. there were a couple of indian people heckling me in urdu. and i got a compliment on my lack of accent (i think i have one) when speaking urdu. but all in all, we saved it. there were some crazy technical difficulties in the beginning that would have killed a normal band, but we just joked our way thru it. i told a bedtime story my mother used to tell me. its a cyclical story the i do in english for a while, and by the third cycle the audience is loosing it, then i say it in urdu and it gets serious.... heheheh. and they kinda know what i'm saying cause its the same thing they heard three times in english.....

I wish i knew about this b4... Perhaps next time...next place... next event???
