Bosnia and Herzegovina is divided into the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska. The district of Br?ko is part of both entities.
The Federation is further divided into ten cantons (each subdivided into municipalities):

Europe has failed not only people of Srebrenica, Bosnia...they failed themselves...All intricacies of the European political spectrum have prevented them from distingushing (and acting upon it) Serb agression and genocide from legitimate/defensive war Bosnians have lead. Politcal compromises blured their eyes....
I would assume that we are all like that (not that I am defending Europeans), daily politics prevents us from acting upon and preventing injustice in our societies...
Bosnia, was the same, just on grander scale....

We knew what happened in Srebrenica. Turkey prays for Srebrenica, cries for Srebranica. That is a shame for humanity. Muslims were killed in Europe and no international organization helped them. We will never forget that genoside.
