The Masks People Wear


Have u ever thought about the masks we wear??? i'm not talking about halloween masks, gas masks or paperbags...but the social masks we wear!!! Do you ever find urself saying things that don't even reflect the REAL you...or do you ever notice people changing their interaction right before your eyes...and ur thinking, r they only telling me what i want to here or did i get them totally wrong the first time round???? social masks are necessary for social interaction, but when does creating a good first impression, become being economical with the truth, become blatant hypocrisy??? What do u think?

You right abt " social masks are necessary for social interaction.. " Yes ,sometimes i find myself saying things which not reflect real me,cuz i don't wanna b rude or hurt someone but i think u can't hide ur innerself long....so i don't believe in first impression is the last impression....
One more thing don't try to b pretend wht u r not , cuz it will hurt u in last...besides tht one should know their values.....
I m new here so plz pardon me if i say something wrong...

It takes tremendous courage to be yourself....some people don't even know what "yourself" is.....

why are social masks necessary? is it because we feel that if we are true to ourselves we wont have any friends or be socially acceptable? if that is the case is it a matter of finding people who will appreciate us for who we are...
