The Rear View
Time and time again life takes an unexpected U turn.
While I blindly follow its lead instead of letting it burn.
And I know where this road has led me before
All I have to do is follow the sun in the rear view or find the next detour.
But as I take 1 last look at the beaten path.
I put myself on reverse gear towards the last turning track.
And theres the curb where she waits for 1 last ride.
All she did was smile, telling me it's going to be alright.
