The Requirements


Requirements for Earthquake victims..

1. Funds: The most urgent requirement to arrange relief goods especially medicines, machinery, food, shelter etc and rehabilitation.

2. Material Help:

- Tents -Water Proof and winterized (Most Urgent)

- Medicines (- vaccines, measles, cholera vaccines, Antibiotics, Anti-Typhoid Medicines, Fracture Treatment Kits, Surgical Equipment, Needles, Cotton, Catgut, Needle Holder, Forceps, Bandages, Crepe Bandages, Gauze Pieces, Surgical Gloves, Surgical Blades, Disposable Gloves, Disposable Masks, Disposable Caps, Disposable Syringes, Iodine, Pyodine, Endotracial Tubes) Diarrhea treatment kits and re hydration kits.

- Food (Tin Food, Dry Food, water, pulses, cooking oil, flour, tea, dry milk, sugar, dates and other essential eatables).

Please pack liquid and dry and tin food separately.

- Blankets

- Warm Clothes (Mufflers, Caps, Socks, Sweaters etc)

- Blood Donations

- Coffins Cloth

- Shawls

- wood Stoves

- Generators with fuel

- Emergency lights (with batteries)

- Candles with Match Box

Note: Please make packages of food material and others separately and write or put a label of items on it.


3. Professional Help: It is required especially from medical, para-medical professionals, volunteers and experts in general

- Surgeons

- Medical Specialists

- Medical Technicians

- Lady Doctors

- Nurses

- Volunteers

- Earthquake and Rescue Specialists

- All other professionals who consider themselves helpful in rescue, recovery and rehabilitation efforts.



From Governments and International NGO's;

1. Funds: Due to the magnitude of this human disaster and catastrophe foreign governments and NGO's are urged to donate as immediately available funds as much as possible for rescue, recovery and rehabilitation efforts.


2. Material Help:

- The large scale consignments of Tents, Blankets, Food, Medicines, and field hospital Utilities.

- Cargo Helicopters to reach, rescue and supply the stranded earthquake victims.


3. Rescue Experts:

Rescue experts along with the required instruments in order to help rescue operations.

PIA is taking it free..from whereever u can make it to their plane..

it needs to be marked n specific ways...try your local PIA office...
