The superiority of al Mu'awwidhat (Surah Al Falaq anf Al Naas)
Narrated Aisha (RA): whenever the Prophet (SAW) went to bed every night, he use to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surah Ikhlaas, Surah Al Falaq and Surah An Naas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of the body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. He use to do that 3 times.
