The irony contained in the last sentence of this poignant yet succinctly written book leaves little doubt in my mind about Achebe's excellent authorship. I'd love to hear comments on this book and his other work as well, as I'd also like to add Arrow of God to my reading list.

well i have read this but it was back in high school, but i do remember it being a great read....am almost tempted in reading it again. Book like this always bring about different emotions every time they are read.
