thirst
?Seek thirst, not water.? Rumi
Thirst.
When our heart?s desire has been cast away
Like a forgotten dream of yesterday;
When the ambitions we revered as treasures
Have been discarded and left for failures;
We ought not lose hope, though the road looks bleak,
For it is thirst, not water, that this Path seeks.
