If anyone read "the Postman" book, the one they made a sh.tty movie out of, theres a series, not sure what the series if called, but "Dies the fire" is the first of the bunch.
which puts people in a somewhat similar situation.

Dies the fire puts everyone to a pre-technologic time, and there some people love it, some hatei it.

one man's utopia is another slavery.

Brave New world was going for a similar thing i think. and maybe Watership down with the fat happy rabbits being kept for slaughter.

there can be no such thing as utopia, there will always be the nay-sayers, the outliers. the disgruntled
