Thoughts on Mayor Bloomberg...
There was a mayor and bloomberg was his name
For farting he'd hold a press conference just to spread his fame
When I see him i get a facial tick
'Corporatize everything' the man is slick
But sick
What good is a park, says he
unless from it the city can make money
let's put ads up on buildings, in the subways, and trash cans too
but given the state of the subways and buses does anyone have a clue where the revenue has gone to?
it's a city for the rich
"shut up and work!" say the rich
"and don't b1tch!"
but i will bitch about the rich
and bloomberg and his kitsch
coz i'm an angry b1tch, though not rich :(

As for Bloomberg, I don't really believe that he has done a good job. The line between the "haves" and have-nots" seems to have increased, jobs aren't growing on trees, the city's education system blows, and the Olympics was a bad idea (most Olympics are a money losing event for the host city). But let's face it though, Rudy was a tough act to follow. He cleaned up this town, gave it a stronger sense of pride, and was true leader during the 9/11 tragedy (that's more than I can say for Dubya).
