Time Spent on the Net
How much time do you spend on the net (average/day)?
How much time do you spend on Naseeb and/or other similar sites (average/day)?
Hmm..your answer gives me a clue to the reason behind the poor response rate. People who spend more time here are not willing to reply thinking it might lead to branding them as 'addicts' :) My research has nothing to do with net addiction, so please reply :) You will find it quite interesting once you get the rest of the questions i am sure.
Fairytale: I spend about 8-10 hours a day on the internet because my work is mostly done on the internet. Naseeb can be about 3-4 hours a day on and off..not continuously though. It is always running in the back while I am at work. Now this does prove that I am addict..hahaha..
well when im at work i kinda have naseeb 'on' in the background...however, proper 'naseeb time' probably around 2 hrs a day.....general internet time....around 3-4 hrs a day. Hope that helps.
You have a point there MOMOKAM. That's why i am not asking all my survey questions here. I intend to put it up on a website but just wanted to see how much response rate should i expect from people on naseeb. These two questions are quite impersonal in nature and i thought people wouldn't have a problem talking about the amount of time they spent on the net. My research is of serious academic nature but looking at the extremely poor response rate to my questions, i think people are more interested in answering questions that help them reveal themselves (or express themselves).
on the net, approximately 13 to 14 hours, cuz my about 80 percent of my work is found only on the net. on naseeb, approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. this is the only site of this kind on which i spend my time browse on a regular basis. i see that you're doing some kinda "survey" on this, but i don't know if you're gonna get accurate responses without providing anonymity.
