Reach, medium. I used to have the Phillips sonic care, but would get pissed off at it cuz whever you would open ur mouth even a bit while brushing toothpaste would shoot all over the place...powerful stuff.

Haven't seen the tongue scrapper yet. Like Tyra Banks, I prefer to use a sterling silver tea spoon and yeah its a bit abrasive, but boy does it work.

Phillips Sonic care.... that bad boy is sweet... I had that cybersonic cause I love stuff that clean teeth.. but that started to turn on and off like randomly... never buy as seen on tv stuff... but the concept was cool... because after cybersonic came out, phillips came out with one...

I'm just waiting for a sonic version of the tnogue scraper... my life will be complete

Oral B, medium but I have a spiderman battery pwered brush as well.
