L'Alg?rie a de nombreuses ressources (machallah), elle n'a pas besoin de s'ouvrir au tourisme de masse. D'ailleurs, un pays qui s'ouvre au tourisme n'abdique-t'il pas sa dignit??... A m?diter...

This article should be entitled "A new hope" (reference to Star Wars episode IV). There is indeed a huge potential to be developped and all that is needed is good will (both skills and investments are always available).
