I do not know whether this is the right forum for this but here goes:

In light of recent Muslim protests against the Danish cartoons, it has become painfully obvious to me that Muslims are the most unimaginative, uncreative and humourless protestors the world has ever seen. The only thing that an observer sees is raw anger.

Now consider the peaceful and actually quite beautiful demonstrations against apartheid in South Africa, or the civil rights protest in the Southern United States - what a difference?

Now imagine, if you will (i know this won't be so easy), 5,000 Muslims singing the Prophet's prayer of Taif (in tune) or projections of powerfully crafted protest symbols on buildings in European capitals!

I think we creatives must help our imaginatively challenged co-religionist activists become more effective. Anyone up for some brainstorming?

Oh, in the process, we can also educate Muslims that flag burning is not permissible in Islam.
