True or False

Peace
I am trying to grapple with the concept of culpability as applied to responsibility of citizens in a democracy I have this question ? hope some of you can help me out - I get that its in a way it may be a nonstarter and just plain silly ? but this is where I am at ..

and yes, i think we bear responsibility in a representative system, and arguably even bear some responsibility in non-representative systems.

unfortunatly i have the view that innaction is unpardonable, and at the same time, i have a very real fear of action.

In my mind there is no question that once judged, i will be found wanting.

i agree in principle. but then that would make me as guilty of Britain going to war in Iraq as Tony Blair. and that i cannot accept because i oppose that with every fibre of my being
