Turn Off


Sometimes it can actually be a turn-off when fantasies suddenly become reality. I was wondering why? Why is that so true? Is it just like how the Grass is Greener on the other side or is it that when u reach the other side its already winter and the grass is dead, buried under snow. In the words of Queen Asma (which is me), Sometimes we put in more effort in something that?s superficial and at the end its not productive or not worth the effort. What do u think my fellow Naseebers?

Well i would say always keep it real, and take a practical approach to things rather then living in the dream world.Dreams are good, but just like the say "Everything that glitters is not gold", so be careful what are you going after. Because diamonds are found in the trenches and are not that beautiful when they are orig. found, but a little bit of hardwork makes them worth a fortune.Sometimes we get caught up about things being perfect, but they are not. My philosphy is nothing is perfect in this world, so work with what you got and give it your best shot and leave the results to Allah.
