Ibn Sa'ad's Attabaqatul-Kubra, Vol.VIII P.208
Affan Ibn Muslim Narrated from Hammad Ibn Salma, who narrated from Ali Ibn zayd the following:
'Aatika binte-Zayd was engaged to Abdullah Ibn Abi Bakr durring his lifetime. Before his death, he made her promise him not to marry after him, and 'Aatika did not marry after him. Men came and asked for her hand, and she rejected them. Omar asked her guardian to tell her about his interest in her and she rejected Omar as well. Omar insisted: "marry her to me", so he married her to him. Omar then approached her and and struggled with her untill he defeated her against her will, then Copulated with her. After he was finished, Omar said "Uf..Uf..Ufffff...on her!!!", then left her and did not come back. she later sent him her female servant requesting him to come back, and she will be ready for him
a Couple of notes here:
(1)- 'Atika did not want to marry Omar and she rejected his offer. In Islam, a Legitimate marraige has to be validated by the woman's acceptance for her Groom, thus, this marraige is TOTALY ILLEGITMATE
(2) Omar later on approached her and Struggled with her untill he defeated her against her will, which is a very inappropriate move for a "Prince of Believer" and a "Fair" companion. Also, this reinforces my first point that 'Aatika did not want Omar as a Husband, otherwise, he wouldn't have to struggle with her, in order to copulate with her.
(3) 'Aatika eventually accepted Omar, after he copulated with her. And as a way of solving the quandary Omar put her in. In order to keep her Honor clean, she settled for Omar after he forced her into an unwanted sexual intercourse.
WHAT WILL THE PEOPLE THINK AFTER HEARING THAT SHE GOT RAPED???
she probably thought to her self!!!
What is even more interesting is another breakthrough in this case in
after the death of 'Aatikas former Husband, Abdullah, 'Aatika Eulogized his death with poetic Phrases symbolizing that she will not marry after him.
"Ali asked Omar if he can speak to 'Aatika on the night of her wedding to Omar, and Omar allowed him. Ali asked her. "what ever happened to your eulogies to your former husband and the promise you made for him??. Omar said: may Allah forgive you!!!...Do not turn my own household against me"

Omar's quick answer to Ali, before 'Aatika can even open her mouth, is clear evidence that he is definatly hiding something he doesn't want Ali to know. Otherwise, why would his wife turn against him if she wanted to marry him in the first place??? isn't marraige all about loving one another???.
Aatika is clearly not satisfied with this marraige, and the main reason she engaged herself to Omar was because of his forced sex with her. Otherwise, if it were up to her, she wouldn't have chosen Omar to be her Husband if he were the last man standing on the planet.

to be a muslim you just need to believe in Allah, his last prophet, and tawheed. cuz of that, shias ARE muslims regardless of what you wahabis say. anything after that, it has nothing to do with being a muslim...the whole shia sunni thing...whether ur one or the other doesnt change the fact that you're still muslim. and anyone who says killing shia is a good thing then obviously they arent muslims themselves since they cant follow the basic rules of islam such as not killing another muslim. simple.

The scholars make a distinction when speaking about the seerah, and hadeeth, though hadeeth, in its literal sense, includes narratives in general.
Point being: ibn saad is called SEERAH...
def. agree with deees! good job! i think shias and sunnis should unite against wahabis! lol honestly...as long as we agree that there is Allah and prophet Mohammad was his last prophet..we're all muslims. anyone who says otherwise should be ignored. Allah never talked bout shia sunni stuff..neither did the prophet. we should focus more on being Muslims rather than who is shia and who is sunni. let the wahabis do their "bakwaas."
