Uncertinity in life


Life is a mystery. Thats is true in all respect but sometime what bugs you the most is the uncertainty that goes around.

You wish and pray for something. which is near and dear to your heart and then you never know if you are going to get it or not. The circumstance cant be the same all time, you plan something and something else happens and sometime it become inevitable to pursue you dreams and passions. How can we skip the uncertain part of the unknown to achieve what we have planed for. BUT Then there is FATE.

It is really in our control or every thing is predetermined, sometimes its maddening since you want to do something so badly and you are unable to do it. Do prayers have the power to change the fate; do the prayers have the power to make something good for you which seems not OK in the start ????? OR NOT.. !

Mohsin: I have discussed this issue umpteen number of times in the real world and it has always been an enriching experience. Before anything else, we need to analyze ourselves as MUSLIMS ...being a MOMIN comes much letter. Islam means...complete submission to Allah, to Allah's will and to Allah's command. If someone submits himself or herself completely to Allah's will and fate as you have mentioned, the question of UNCERTAINTY does not arise at all. You are merely supposed to do what you have been asked to and are expected to do. My interpretation of things is that Allah has not DEFINED things for us in black and white. We have just been given options. One leading to the other and to many more options to choose from and so on. Choosing options is where the human element is involved and where he/she becomes answerable.
If you really want something bad and pray for it, its a test of the strength of ur character and imaan as to how you react at your failing to get it.

"And We shall try you until We test those among you who strive their utmost and persevere in patience; and We shall try your reported (mettle)". Quran 047.031

It is not the prayers themselves that have power. It is the responder to the prayers. He is infinite in His power. But if something isn't good for you, it isn't good for you.

If it only seemed not good for you, maybe it is just your perception that will change!
