We r now dealing with the injured. Also providing them with things like food clothes etc.
Tired, get 5 - 6 hours sleep, doing lots of orthopedics, it's like being on call since tuesday.
Yes, it is stressful, but we r not on campsite so it's not so uncomfortable. Too many docs, and supplies are good too.
Tell everyone things r under control. I will b back next week. They are rotating us, enough volunteers to rotate.

Have reached Manshera. Hospital small but functional. Saw Margalla Towers. Will go up tomorrow to the mountains. Will keep u posted.
