"Baltimore's 4th of July Celebration -
Fireworks start at 9:30 pm - Fell's Point is one of the best spots to watch them"
I lived in Fells Point a year ago, and had a awesome roof deck that would have been perfect. oh well.
But I should confirm it. I will let you know.
Great thing about that city is that everything is within walking distance. You can start off in canton/ fells point and walk over to the italian section of the city. I found the best gelato i have ever had there! I believe the harbor is a couple of blocks away from little italy.
