English cricket team is there and they visited the childrens hospital couple of days ago. I am sure that created some awareness in the British media as they are their heroes after Ashes win.

this is a great idea but mass awareness in the US can only be achieved via the media...maybe if some hollywood celebs had been vacationing in kashmir at the time we would've gotten it....or someone who was born in the midwest from a broken home & was the only surviving member of a family plagued by cancer was chillin in muzaffarabad 2 n a half weeks ago.
