Village Policy - & Code of Conduct
A reminder of the village policy and addendum to the original policy:
* FREE SPEECH:
The right to express any opinion in public without censorship or restraint by the government.
That definition does not excuse people from being LIABLE for their speech.
* No body will promote hate Directly or In-Directly toward other Iraqis.
Iraqis By definition include All Iraqis of both sexes, and from any ethnic or sectarians background.
* Generalization of other Muslims or Arabs in negative or derogatory manners is prohibited.
* Promotion of illegal Killing or violence towards civilians from any nation is prohibited.
* The use of dragatory language towards any member of this village is prohibited.
*Any postings that offend a minimum of 25% (or 10 Members) of the Village members will be deleted.
*Any Journal that Offends a minimum 33.3% (or 12 Members) of the village members will be deleted.
* Complaints will be sent to Me only either through the Naseeb E-Mail, or through My Yahoo e-mail:
ammaralkhayat at yahoo dot com.
* A member that has 3 Journals removed for valid complaints will be automatically removed permenantly from this village.

Yarah: The joke is about Saddam Gifts, speifically cars, the closer to the rank they get better Cars, the funny thing was that the Canadian Vhevorlete and the Brazilian Passat were the dominant cars for gifts in the 80's, and I gave the Passat for Omar because well I don't like him much :P
