Resonate your identity with Naseeb journals. Express your opinions, share your thoughts, post your writings and connect with like minded people through the power of expression.
Chots if you would just take your arms away from Sahadat for a second yaar I'll explain.
Personal JE audience can be just you, a special someone, or no one at all. So the way one expresses themselves can be totally different.
In a village comment, the intent is to communicate your thoughts to a mass audience. So your words, style, being politically correct or blunt is factored in.
For example, I prefer to goof around 80% of the time vs. make a serious comment in the villages.
My personal JEs are at this point serious thoughts. To expand myself, I will try to challenge myself by making some JEs humourous.
Chots, I will DEFINITELY have to check your that journal of yours. Cheers.
Personal JEs can be similar or very different than the persons commentary in the villages. Gosh that was a badly written sentence. My bad. Oh, that was worse. :#
Personal JEs are all good because you can read the comments of people you are not connected to. However, Village Entries provide an easier point of reference (I am a non-Premmie, so I don't have JE Alerts).
yup irfani, i write personal JEs.. check em out if u wanna.. my fave is 'Leading up to the Lightship'.. about the time I was about to meet Sahadat on our first date...
Well I guess I look at how much effort went into it or the seriousness of the topic, then decide if they'd get offended or not. *: Trust me, some people do have their feathers ruffled quite easily. I've seen it happen.
I tend to shy away from personal jes as I don't want to offend someone by going off topic or making light of the whole situation. So I suppose I prefer village jes. You can say just about anything in those...which is what I need. :)
when i comment in most JE's ... its my way of saying hello to someone...
but think about this for a sec... holy crap... when you are on naseeb- you meet on varying levels new friends and some actually develop into new ones (in real life)... then you have to balance your real life + all the new 3D friends and also the naseeb friends.... its a lot man (dont u think?)- when was the last time you met this many friends at once??
so in all of that mish-mash I think all the villages/JE's die down cuz people just can't keep up.. clear as mud??

Done. : )
Chots, u write personal JEs
I agree with Tas, about polluting personal JE with off-tangent remarks. I prefer polluting village JEs. :P
