i went to the dulhan expo...but really didnt get anything outta it....i guess im lucky cuz i had the opportunity to get a bunch of stuff from pakistan...my fams basically doing everything ourselves...but everyone (besides me) is crazy artistic and VERY handy...i just design it..and they can make it..my brother in law is making the whole wedding stage..(from scratch)...but you'll be surprised how far fresh flowers, tulle, and other fabrics can take you.....i asked a place called unique emporium(floral park) how much their stage and decor cost...and they said anywhere from $500 - 10,000.....also you can check out house of dipali....i think everythings a bit hinduish...but sometimes you can find something nice...my 2 cents are to be creative...dont underestimate your own abilities....:)
