Yea, I guess I can start. Here's my intro:

I could play the piano and pick out tunes ever since I got my hands on one, that was in 6th grade. My grandfather used to play, I'm told so maybe thats where I got it from. I started playing in school here and there and played in University too - we had a little band that got together once a semester or every two semesters. I was the keyboardist - thanks to the guys who would arrange the whole thing. It was fun. We played Pakistani/Indian and some english songs.
So I can play music by ear and understand chords and play them single finger. I can play any other instrument too -they basically have the same mechanism right - a way of going up the scale and a way of coming down. I can do Harmoica, flute, guitar - all the instruments I've laid my hands on. Maybe I should try my hand at the trumpet too, wonder what mechanism those kinds of instruments have.

I hope to increase my playing skill - the level has remained stagnant over all these years. I want to be able to play double hand really fluently like a professional. One day I hope to start composing music. I have no formal training in music. If I'd gotten some, I could have progressed much further, but I disagree with the current musical notational system in use since the 1600's. Black and white? Come on: why dont we have color? For instance. Color provides more information. Hey, would you like your monitor to be color or b/w? Thats the point. Books are in b/w because its cheap that way. I really think a better system could be developed or atleast experimented with, something more modern and easier to learn!
I believe adding color to the reading system can provide quicker and more condensed and even more rich information- I havent thought in detail about the system but I dont like the 5 lines concept too. Anywaay - enough about my disagreement with the system!

Thats all about me. I got a Chromatic harmonica in shipment so I'm excited to get that. I'm gonna be playing it here and there along the music I'm listening to.

Hey can we use this place to introduce ourselves?
