Kitchen work and surgery has many similarities thats why I like to work in kitchen weekends. After a long surgery kitchen work is troublesome cz of tht I used to prepare simple japanese food weekdays. Weekend kitchen work mainly 4 satisfaction and guests ..

For the surgery they didnt let us to make surgery till we get the good skills in our residency (H) now it is mine 12th year in plastic surgery but I didnt see the perfection in my work *:

Taste was good also even the japanese they do nt have bread as a traditional food they liked but I made the dough little bit hard and the Roti was also hard not like frisby ;) but if any comment for more softer ones I ll be more satisfied.
