What is the most "complete" form of Art?

What do you think is the most complete form of Art? It is such a broad concept and there are so many different creative outlets, which one do you think can capture the most emotion/imagination/message(s) easily?

I second UmberK.. Life, every moment, every infinitestimal now essence, is more a universe unto itself than all the art of the world combined - all for a soul that precieves.. (*quoting from al-Quean.. can't argue with what Allah says.. *)

well, film has the capacity to incorporate many other forms of artwork by its nature. though by that i mean any form of film, be it tv, music video, etc. but yeah.

the question implies a competition that isn't there, i think, between different forms of art, though. art is life, like umberk said. all different aspects are necessary for a complete and healthy whole. there is overlap between many art forms, but art is really so broad that it defies this sort of question. culinary arts, liberal arts, fine arts, martial arts, etc.

one of the first things i had to do in teaching my art class for the muslim school i'm helping out at now was to try and break down some of the silly mental barriers and constructs the kids there (and the administrators) had about what "art" is. to them it was just specifically one thing: doodling on paper. gotta transcend and appreciate the whole of human creative experience, i think.

For me it is music, I really feel like music captures so much in such a succinct form and is probably the most portable form of art. One that is translatable cross-culturally, regardless of language barriers and that has a universal response. It is used in so many aspects of life, as a story-telling tool, a serenade of love, nostalgia of lost times and traditions etc etc...
