Assalamu Alaikum,

There are many comparative religion books comparing 2 or 3 out of those 3 religions. One of them that I like and which addresses issues of science in the 3 religions is a book by Maurice Bucaille titled "The Bible, The Qur'an and Science" (islamicbookstore.com)

There is also a book on astrolabe.com titled "The History of the Qur'anic Text from Revelation to Compilation: A Comparative Study with the Old and New Testaments".

Also if you want a quick read about a light doctrinal comparison between Catholism and Islam, here is a good conversion story: www.islamonline.net

In short, Islam is an idea, a beautiful paradigm, a practical way of living that connects us humans to our true purpose of life. It explains life and how to live it in an optimal way in order to grow mentally and spiritually to reach our ultimate goal, Jannah, and it bases it's concepts on the "user manual" that was sent to use by the manufacturer (Allah).

Who knows how we function better than the one who manufactured us?
