What punishment would you advocate for a rapist?


what punishment would you advocate for a rapist, a child molester, a violent man/woman, thief, murderer, con artist for any other type of criminal?????????????????

yep miss, i went to my first ever ladies only meeting yesterday and found to be gatecrashed by male naseebers pretending to be ladies - shock horror!

If you really believe in God, then you would have faith that God will punish all those who are guilty. As such, we only need to stop criminals from causing more harm in this life. No where in the Quran does it say that amputations/death are compulsory.

actually according to Islam Council you can not just cut someones hands off with no reason,, all circumstances have to be weighed up first and reasons found on why the person stole,,, ie: if its food and the person was hungry and genuinely poor could you cut his hands off,,, if you did how would he ever work to earn in the future to feed himself,,,,,,,,,, alot of thought and evidence and circumstances of a person need to be considered before convicting anyone!!

I'm against capital punishment. When DNA evidence shows that so many people can be wrongly convicted, I do not want to be the one choping bits off people who 'might' be guilty.

hello missy, where have u been? u always have your eyes on someone!! anyway, aftab, i think in some countries they already cut of hands of those who steal.. but then again the crime rate of those places are also low.

anyone was pin a man on the floor,,,, all you have to do is take your chappal off and say "sit, sit" then put the dog on top of him,,,, his pinned down and then you can check his wallet!!

A good trick is to trap 'em between the hinges of a door. The jar, not the full-grown man. Although that would probably work too.

i'm terrible at opening jars.. almost end up crying in frustration.. i have lil hands. er dont know the answer to your second question... can u pin a full grown man to the floor?
