LOL yeah, I've wanted to go to all of those places! Plus the archaeology museum. Bodyworks looks so cool.. I read about that guy before.. People actually donate their bodies to him and he has a huge list of people who want to be plasticized! I hate going to things alone though.. The ex never wanted to do anything like that. :#

If you like museums you should def check out the art museum, and the Franklin, both off of the parkway. The Franklin has a new exhibit called Body Works that features a German artist's work using real cadavers! I still have to go see it but I hear its very good. And the Mutter! Really just a legitimized Ripley's Believe it or Not, but a must see. You might also try Redding Terminal market if you haven't all ready, South St (quieter during the day time) or the shops and cafes in society hill.
If you're interested in history, then try a tour of city hall or the Masonic temple. There really are a lot of things to do in Philly, I'm just too lazy to make time.. but I hope you can enjoy them!
