what was up with that?!?!

wow, what happened on friday??? i was sitting with some residents when cnn flashed with the breaking news about what happened in the pit. and then i caught some discussion about the whole ordeal on fox news (probably the first time i enjoyed the channel cuz they interviewd the editor of the dth and totally slaughtered him for publishing that cartoon a few weeks ago). any thoughts on what happened and how its effected campus sentiment towards muslims?

i agree - he's totally psychotic. anyone that wants to represent himself in court who is clearly guilty is clearly crazy! and the clips of him walking to and from court with a big smile on his face just prove it..... just what we need!

i dunno but that dude was an idiot. why do these freaks always make life difficult for the rest of us? i figure UNC is one of the most tolerant and supportive campuses in the nation. then some crazed lunatic plows through the Pit in an SUV, and says he's avenging Muslim deaths.

i think he's crazy. he wants to represent himself in court, with charges of attempted murder and agg assault.
