Whats going to be the biggest offseason sighning?

The biggest names out there are probably Johny Damon, A.J. Burnet, and Paul Kanerko.
But the biggest names are usually not the ones that have the most impact on there new teams.

without epstein, the red sox are back to being the cubs of the east coast... and so all the talent leaves just like he did...i have a feeling that if clemens returns, he's going to new york... and just like schilling and pedro & schilling and randy johnson, Roger Clemens and Randy Johnson might be an extremely dangerous combination... don't forget about Mussina either... finally, the Yankees bullpen is a lot more solid with farnsworth, dotel, and myers...i say that at least in the al east, yankees have it won

I hate this signing for a million reasons (52 to be exact) but the one thing that I have to look forward to is how this move will not get the yankees back to the series. You need pitching as proven by the whitesox and the whitesox only got better in that dept by picking up vasquez. So I hope the yanks enjoy their division title for that is all that they will get.

Johnny Damon going to the New York Yankees is one move which has completely turned the tide in the AL and MLB... not only does he leave a weakened Boston team (which I loved because of Damon) but he goes to the biggest rival and challenger in the AL for the a world series ring... If the Yankees sign Clemens, it would hard to not favor them to win the World Series (barring freak injuries)... are there any bigger Free agent signings? I think not...

Wow did the Blue Jays and Mariners overpay for pitching.

i'm not sure why but so far the biggest free agent watch has been for paul konerko... paulie is great but he plays in a hitter's park...anyways, i'm interested in seeing where nomar goes since the cubs have told him to entertain other offers
