humpty couldnt have been hardboiled, otherwise there wouldnt have been a question of being able to put him back together again. I think he was just rotten...some might even say a little deviled....

at the time of his fall from grace, i think humpty was just a shell of his former self. egg shell, that is.

absaare, you might be on to something! not only did all the horses and all the men show up, but they CONVENIENTLY couldnt put humpty back together again! He must've had something on the KING!
