WHO HAS GOT TO GO?

OK man...after this embarrasing sweep by the braves...its painfully clear....no team is better than the mets...we just keep beating ourselves....too many errors....runners stranded on base and pitchers choking in clutch situations.....hows Ishii gonna walk the pitcher with bases loaded....so the Question is ...who do we need to get rid of ....and who might we pick up to help us out

Well Beltran hasn't been playing so the second he plays, you'll see the improvement. HELTON is a STUD. You don't bat .335 for your career only cuz you play at Coors Field. Hands down, he's teh best first basemen in the game and if you can add him for someone like Heilman and Mentkiewichz, you do it! Yeah it's gonna cost but he's a premium player.

If Piazza can be moved around the all-star break to an AL team like the angels or chisox who may be able to DH him, then you have to try and move him. Especially if he continues to struggle so mightily behind the plate. I'd consider Helton too, but i don't think the mets are willing to add that kind of payroll right now. Mientkiewicz likely has no trade value, so we're gonna have to ride him and his defense. I'd keep Cameron right now cause we're going to need him to try and get back in the race. And if we fall out of it, his value should still be high enough to deal and we can play Diaz later in the year. Basically we just need improved performace from matsui, reyes, and beltran.

Yo, Piazza was a fukin' embarrassment last night. THey were stealing on him at will. Not to mention the guy hasn't knocked in a run in over 2 weeks. We need to deal Mentkiewichz. He's a nightmare. I say we go after Todd Helton or Sweeney from the Royals. We can deal Cameron or Floyd as well. Take your pick. We got Diaz waiting in the minors. And if Colorado or KC wants a pitcher, send Heilman. Helton is a STUD!

Tommy G is a very good pitcher...the problem is that unless u pitch a shut out...the b1tch a$s mets arent winning shit....they have no kinda run support for their pitchers...u wonder how some pitchers like lieber have terrible ERAs and were still 5-0 in the begining of the season
