Who says Muslims are allowed to select Khalifa?
Is there any at least a proved indication by Prophet as such" As Allah says in Koran that the believers run their affairs through mutual consultation then you select one person to succeed me after my death"?
Who says that Muslims are allowed to select the successor of the prophet Muhammad?
Who says that selecting of Khalifa is Muslims' affair? And not Prophet's himself?
Can your wisdom accept that Prophet, a person who puts a person to be in charge in Medina and other places in every single occasion of his absence, when passing away not doing so?
Was these appointments were significant only when prophet was alive (and somehow around and available for his nation) and not much significant when he is leaving this world and his nation for ever?
Can your wisdom agree that Prophet, a person who cares too much about his nation during his life, does not care about his nation after his death?
Does your wisdom accept that when there is hadith from Prophet for how to take care of the nails of a hand or removing hairs under armpits there is no hadith for who should succeed him?
If a person says "Well, Wisdom agrees that a successor should be specified and appointed, but Prophet didn't do it", then I am sorry, I take that as an insult to prophet. He is infallible and saint, every single move and thought of Prophet Mohammad (PUBH) is pure wise. If your wisdom agrees with something then have no doubt, that happened, it was the Prophet's style of work.
Now are there any hadiths as a support? Yes there are, and not one or two, many in Sunni books if Shiias' are not accepted.
Are there any narrated stories by Sahabeh as a support? Yes there are, and not one or two, many in Sunni books if Shiia's are not accepted.
It is not difficult to conclude this unless one is biased, unless one's mind is already closed by the owner to accept any rationale. Unless being prejudice, doubting rationales and saying that every single of these hadiths and stories as a support is distrustful and questionable.

Comments on this journal
my journals are made private because they are empty (their bodies contain nothing) and i use their titles only (which are 'public') to leave messages there. i also do that because i'm not interested in comments on my journals, which are hardly more than 'thank u, wow, interesting', and when i do that i'm thinking of cutting down on 'naseebing', lessening the addiction of having to log in to this website very often to see who 'commented' and who didn't. but after the villages were created that became useless, but there remains another reason why i 'd keep my journals' comment section also private (if the journal is left 'open'), and this reason i choose not to disclose.
lastly, y do u care for my profile if u urself have me blocked from viewing urs? i'll tell u why: i want u to read me, because i have 'substance' always, while u don't. cool. leave me blocked. i'm sure i ain't missing on anything 'worth reading' there. its enough to view the shia village to find always more evidence on ur misguidance. it doens't stop me making the village 'private' today, i can still access it and view everything :)
Also how would you like to solve the dilemma for this hadith"
Prophet said: 'After me there will be twelve caliphs, corresponding to the number of the Imams of the Bani Isra'il.'"
I would like to know based on Sunni doctrine who can be these 12 imams?
Khalidi said:
Actually, your relation of the hadeeth is incorrect. The more authentic version of it is, the Day of Judgement will not come until 12 leaders from among Quraysh will rule.
Tell me Ahooee, was Yazeed from Quraysh? Muawiya (R)? Marwan?
It is a clever of refuting. I bring my justification based on an Ahlesunnah Hadith then you say the Hadith cannot be confirmed as authentic. Why? Because some people in Ahlesunnah do not want it to be authentic if in deed it is. If this is the case let's not waste time and arguing here. Because what ever is said you would say "actually this is not the right Hadith , the right one is ?."
Mehnazmd, Molly the moose died last year :(
and by the way Mehnaz, I resent that remark, I had a cat at one point in time
Hey Desi, before you do your usual sh!tdisturbing, make an effort to take a look at the journal "are shia muslims?" ... it's all cited information from books, so definitely some people believe in it. That's where it's from, next time make sure before you make a fool of yourself. And while you're at it, you might want to check if it's all fabricated, because all you seem to do is come in here with your two liners and get on people's nerves and leave, I'm still waiting for the day you make a constructive comment rather than the simple-minded smart-alleck ones.
Sharara, nice of you to hold on to that one comment, I am still working on getting some proofs of that which I mentioned, but in all honesty, will anyone listen anyway if it's sunni proofs, really???? would you? it seems to be a difficult question to answer. You already made it known it's fabrication in your theory, so I guess should I really go to ther trouble of researching it again?
And no Mehnaz, I do not condone someone talking about another person's sister or mother on any scale, but to your surprise, the answer is no, I doubt I would fight fire with fire if someone went low enough to call my sister or mother something, not sure I would go to the same level of slander. I WOULD try to be the better person. But hey, emotion sometimes gets the best of us right? (not saying I am innocent of that either, but to that extent of insulting and slandering family, not my type of arguement, sorry)
And by the way, the slandering of sahaba, definitely, I'm talking about Sayyidna abu bakr , umar , and uthman, being ones that are never safe from peoples' attacks. You people even took offense when I mentioned how Abu Bakr was the Prophet's (s.a.w.) closest friend. He is the one that gave him the name Siddeeq as far as I know. You might want to check what that word means, I don;t think the Prophet s.a.w. would be wrong in his assessment with all do respect to whoever is making up things about those sahaba.
hey KEEPER where were you when SHITTYSWORD said such an stupid thing to SISTER222 , and many times he has attacked personally to shias and MEHNAZMD, it doesnt make any difference to us, shias lived through the tyranny of bani umayya, banu abbas, aale saud, and saddam maloon, i am sure there are palestinian shias in tyrant sharons regime, and after all this we survived alhamdolillah , Verily Allah is the best planner
In regards to this: what occasions? who was the person you learnt this from? now this is what i am talking about fabrication.....
"And about Abdyullah bin Saba', I've learned that on several occasions but don;t you worry your lil' mind, I will bring the proofs (although it's ironic you won't even accept them as they will be sunni proofs)."
you said i 'replied fire with fire", ok, so dont fire at me, i wont fire back. simple.
which sahabas did i insult? Last i checked, yazid and muawiyah are not "khulafa rashidun", it doesnt say anywhere in the Quran that reavealing their actions from legitimate historical sources is wrong. Dont get mad at me, go yell at the hadith. I am simply telling you what they say. If somebody did something so bad, that relating his actions comes as an INSULT to him, then I would wonder about that person.
slander? mothers? well, if somebody calls your sister a wh*re, i wouldnt be surprised if you said the same to his mother. If you scroll back (i am sure your fingers are strong enough), nobody's mother was insulted until that person initiated sexual insults. Are sexual insults part of your aqeedah? When sexual insults are brought in, things get personal. And the initial slanderer has brought his own mother in as fair game.
However, it is interesting, keeper, you wont stop a brother from hurling sexual insults at a woman, but you bring it up when she has the ball$ to reply back. thats interesting.
I would like to see that yard-stick that you are measuring your every word with....
cursing = you definitely replied fire with fire even if the others from "my side" did curse. So I'm not making anything up.
insults = don;t even make me go there, this journal space won;t be long enough for every time you insulted sahab or people who are trying to protect their image.
slander = Slandering all the blessed sahaba is a given, I've seen it happen every other sentence,...and hey, in my humble opinion, going out and calling someone's mother names and saying she does this and that, last I checked that was slander!
I don't come up with stuff out of the air. I actually measure every word I type or say, more than I can say for some individuals.
scroll back on every comment of every journal in this village. the cursing and insults come from people on YOUR side.
wake up.
I'm impressed how you will acknowledge only what suits you as well, makes you hypocritical. You don't answer the questions when you;re corned, but am impressed by "choosing"...you do choose well what to answer to, and pick carefully what to pick on and to argue with such that you don't show your true weaknesses, but shows your limited knowledge and capability to defend your own beliefs.
And just so you know, every description that you so randomly came up with there, just showed me how shallow and lacking in attention you are. so keep em coming.
One more thing, don;t tell me about putting my bias aside when you of all people have no idea what you're talking about or how to do the very thing you are asking others to do. Another sign of YOUR ignorance and shallowness.
Here is an applause for you, you're defeating your whole purpose and arguement right from the fundamentals.
and FYI, I do put logic first and put religion aside whenever I look at arguements, some people have come up with very decent arguements, but from you it's hard to see anything but elementary school type of arguements and behaviour. So in my mind, I can have a constructive, social, and objective debate with someone mature and ready to talk with no bias.
But when the other party, once again pointing out how WEAK your arguements are and YOUR method, only curses people, insults, AND SLANDER (sounds familiar?..you're the master of slandering where it matters most), and come off being sarcastic, condescending and showing absolutely no respect for anyone besides a shia person, you will hardly be listened to or taken seriously by most people for that matter.
And about Abdyullah bin Saba', I've learned that on several occasions but don;t you worry your lil' mind, I will bring the proofs (although it's ironic you won't even accept them as they will be sunni proofs).
And by the way, your final comment of shia never massacring anybody, give your head a shake, you obviously haven't read anything about what happened in lebanon since the Palestinians were forced there and other surrounding countries, but it's ok, you're the minority, so that's not considered massacring right? your numbers were MUCH greater, so it';s ok and this can go unnoticed....get your head checked, you need it.
