Why Naseeb?

Why is Naseeb such an addiction? I am totally addicted to this website. I have to log onto it when I wake up in the morning, cruise on Naseeb through out the day and log on to it as soon as I get home and before I go to bed...is it just me, or everyone is going through this? On Sunday, I was really sad that I couldnt log onto Naseeb :( I just wanted to get everyone's input to why we are so into this website so much?....why and how is it taking over our lives??? days of our Naseeb lives...

I tend to go on it a lot during work because my work is boring. If I had lots to do, I wouldnt be on it so often. But then again, I have found some really nice people on Naseeb, so I cant complain about that ;)

I'm not on it as much because some of the villages that I used to enjoy going to aren't as interesting anymore (same old boring topics) but I love getting messages and seem to check my message box like every 5 minutes at work to see if I got a message! I go on Naseeb occasionally at home, but I've sort of made a promise to myself to not even go near the computer when i get home.....it totally can be addictive. Oh I also check too often if anyone has written any new comments in my JE's.

My research is somewhat related to this. I hope all of you would take out some time to answer my questions- the first set of which i just submitted under the title 'Time spent on the net'.

Yea man i think i'm kinda addicted also, i realized my addiction couple weeks ago when i woke up and signed onto naseeb before i went to espn.com like i usually do lol..i think naseeb is the best networking site, compared to friendster, myspace etc etc..more things to do here like journals, villages etc.

FSMohammed: I have to agree with you, naseeb is such an addiction. On sunday, when naseeb was down, i had to contact at least 5 people to ask them if naseeb was working for them or not...how sad is that :(

Ladla: I have to agree with you on that one. I have noticed lots of people, not all, have been hypocritical. Here is the thing, sometimes people are scared to be completely open to strangers esp. when you are a Muslim website. Not everyone is going to be up front about themselves obviously because people are judgemental. No one wants to be judge...So I agree with you :)
