Besides the obvious reason of being able to help numerous people on a daily basis and all that other good stuff, pharmacy is a very respectable career choice which provides great flexibility particularly regarding hours and desired location of work. It also offers so many different opportunities (retail, hospital, clinical?etc etc) as well as excellent job security and ?pretty good? compensation to say the least. And, unlike many other health professions, you can actually enjoy your youth after you graduate :0)

Me, it's all about going home and knowing that you have the potential to make a difference in someones life. With so many different outlets to practice pharmacy, every field has the potential to save someones life.
