one more commonly spreading word is "7ewar" means "mawdoo3", and all its variations: ye7awwar, 7ewarat, ...

I also like "aih ennezaam?" as in what's up? or the variation "aih enuznuz?" and you can always reply by saying"kaskasa fel 3ezaam"

This summer...I heard so many times:

"Ana hazabatak" (with all of its possible forms).

I think it meant, I'll take care of it for you, don't worry about it.

ya 3am kabar demaghak....khaleek rewesh w free. lol ;)

some things i thought of:
-"ta7n"
-"fakerny eih, kees gawafa?"
-"anteem"

What I think is weirder is that english words made arabic are occupying the language..like adding "at" by any word. mp3-at, email-at, mobile-at, etc or inserting too many english words in the middle of our phrases.... "inta mi7tag ta3mel new (neyou) look" or "khalek free w cool ya 3am"..."kolak style", w el moseeba ba2a if you try writing those words in arabic, lol
