women older than men


I was talking to my friend about this subject this morning and i thought of posting it here to know how do l ppl look at it ..
it's about men getting married to women who r older than them ?!!.i don't really see that alot around me ...and if i ask ppl about it they say rasul allah was married to a woman older than him ..so my other Q is ...r men still the same ?..coz i don't think there is any one like him ..and do u think the time is still the same ?

thanks alt for ur commenets ...i agree about "ages r just numbers "...and i think it's all about respect ..if the woman respects the man and she doesn't act like she is older and she knows more than him about this life then there wil be no problems in thier life ...

To me age doesnt matter. As long as we love each other and care about each, thats what counts.

I am younger than my wife and she is the BEST thing ever happened to me. I guess it's not the age that matters, it's the understanding and respect.

my uncle and aunt the same. :) she is older than him by 2 years and they are doing great and everything's working out. Age is nothing but a number ;)

My mum is two years older than my dad and they're more in love today than ever. She was 32 and he was 30 when they got married (a love marriage) and I personally don't see why marrying someone older should be any problem. If soemone's lucky enough to love another person so much as to want to marry them, age won't be an issue at all.
